Mary C. Van Houtte, 89, of Galeton, PA, died Monday, July 11, 2005 in the Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, PA. Born February 1, 1916, in Galeton, she was the daughter of Joseph and Rose Cardman Cimino. She was married to Amos J Van Houtte, who predeceased her in 1995. She was employed as an operator by Bell Telephone Company for many years. She was a member of St Bibiana Church of Galeton and the Women of the Moose. Surviving are: three brothers, George (Mamie) Cimino, and Edward (Janice) Cimino, both of Galeton and William Cimino of Holidaysburg, PA: five sisters, Anita Karban, Elizabeth Breunig, Margaret Collins, Patricia (Lloyd) Dugan, and Catherine (Hugh) Smith, all of Galeton; an aunt Louise (Norman) Jordan of galeton; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at St Bibiana Church on Friday, July 15, 2005 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Brian E Vossler will be the Celebrant. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery, Galeton. Arrangments are entrusted to the Collins-Olney Funeral Home, Galeton, PA.
