Richmond, Va., April 27 ? The floor of the Court of Appeals room in the second story of the State Capitol fell today, at 11 o?clock, Precipitating several hundred persons in the Hall of the House of Delegates below. The crash was sudden, and the scene which followed beggars description. Sixty or more persons were killed ? among them:

One hundred were wounded, including Hon T S Bocock, formerly Speaker of the House of Representative, Judge Meredith and Mr Neeson, both counsel in the Mayoralty case; Bell Kelly, Matthew Strother, and Chase, of the House; Herndon, of Kendrick, and several other Senators, all slightly. John Howard, lawyer; Col G W Brent, Alexandria; Hom L H Chandler, Ex-United States District Attorney, severly. Gov Wells, dangerously. Col George Bolling, Petersburg.
